“Practice Random Kindness and Senseless Acts of Beauty” is written on the lower border using
Tommy of Escondido’s borg font. The green letters can be rearranged to “Resistane is futile”.
黑客After rotating the mug by 90 degrees – please use empty mug for this ;), the borg cubes contain these two chinese characters as autostereograms (SIS). Their meaning is hēi kè (hei1 ke4), which can be translated as “dark/strange guest/visitor” – the Chinese expression for “hacker”.
